Founded in 2023,
Merchant Quarters grew from years spent caring for beautiful holiday homes throughout the Margaret River region. After seeing so much waste — single-use packaging, harsh products, and amenities that didn’t belong in such thoughtful spaces — we set out to create something better. Something that looked beautiful, felt right, and genuinely made a difference.
With a strong background in the cleaning industry, Ali continues to run a busy cleaning company alongside Merchant Quarters. Each week, our incredible team spends hundreds of hours in homes across the region — giving us the perfect insight (and the perfect people) to test and refine every product we create. That hands-on experience inspired the development of our second venture, MAID — a natural cleaning range that’s now being perfected and prepared for production.
In 2025, Ann joined the journey — bringing creativity, drive, and a fresh perspective that perfectly complements the brand. With her business experience, eye for detail, and genuine passion for beautiful, sustainable design, she adds new energy and vision to Merchant Quarters.

Merchant Quarters, born and raised in Margaret River, created with a vision to provide luxury guest amenities that are as sustainable as they are beautiful.
Our products are carefully crafted and infused with pure essential oils and nourishing hemp seed oil, offering guests a sense of indulgence with every use. Free from parabens and SLS, each formula is designed to be gentle, effective, and eco-conscious.
Our signature range includes a hemp seed oil shampoo and body wash blend, enriched with citrus and bergamot essential oils, paired with a matching conditioner that complements the collection perfectly. All products are refillable, reducing waste while ensuring a consistent, high-end guest experience.
